Reminder: Tuition Waivers and Costing Allocations
As we heard from Helene Obradovich during the June 6 Noontime Workshop, tuition waivers will be handled on an encumbrance basis starting June 16. This makes timely and accurate updates to costing allocations more important than ever. We expect to receive more information in the coming week.

BPO Invoices

For the BPOs which AST manages, we will receive all invoices available to be received by June 12.

For BPOs managed at the departmental level, please note this deadline. For additional BPO nuances, please see the May 8 Procurement newsletter (not yet posted on the Procurement website).

Reimbursements must be submitted and fully approved in Ariba by the compliance approver, budget approver and UW traveler by 5:00 pm

Administrators: It is crucial that you remind your budget approvers and UW travelers awaiting reimbursement(s) to actively monitor Ariba on the afternoon of Monday, June 12.

For transactions that don't meet this deadline, AST will reach out requesting the FDM worktags needed for us to replace the budget number and any PCA codes. After June 15, we will analyze the request to ensure that we have all of the required accounting details for Workday Finance, and will reach out if we have additional questions.
