SDB Awards

Use this form to disburse Student Database (SDB) Awards to UW Students.

To request a new SDB fund number setup, use the SDB Fund Setup Request form.

Please encourage your awardee(s) to sign up for direct deposit and update their local address in MyUW.

• Signing up for direct deposit is strongly encouraged so that they can receive funds quickly and securely. Please note that the student's Direct Deposit Transfer account will become active FIVE (5) calendar days after any change to their Bank Account Information, including initial setup.
• If they do not have direct deposit set up, an aid check will be mailed to their local address instead. Aid checks may take up to 10 business days to reach the awardee by mail.
